Dan’s career spans more than 20 years in the residential property investment sector. He has worked in the UK and overseas markets including the Gulf States, Hong Kong, Singapore and America. Consequently, he has the knowledge, experience and international networks to help his investor clients to achieve their objectives, wherever they may happen to live or work.

An accomplished business leader, he has enabled numerous property-related organisations to grow their sales and head-counts. As MD of Portico, he uses his experience to help other property professionals to develop their skills, and to ensure that the company delivers a consistently excellent customer service.

Martin is Co-Director and Co-founder of Addressed, a fast-growing national managing agency for long and short-term rentals.

With 20+ years in the Off-Market Property Investment industry, he identified the need for a nationwide lettings service that worked with Off-Market sales agents to allow investors to buy the very best deals without fear of having to juggle multiple different letting agents in different parts of the country. 

Now focused on rentals, Martin works closely with Portico Sales teams to ensure a smooth transition from ‘investor’ to ‘landlord’.
